Has anyone ever experimented with the magical uses of artificial crystals? I found a children’s crystal creating kit in a trunk while cleaning. I have several ideas for magical uses, but I was wondering if anyone else ever…

I have used them for chaos-type-stuff. What you really have to be aware of is whether or not the kit you’re using is hellaciously toxic or not. That’s the main reason they aren’t so good - it’s kinda hard to handle things that are incredibly toxic, and very fragile.

Creating a hypersaline solution, introducing a seed salt crystal, and letting the water evap can also build a crystal - in this case one of pure salt.

I’m actually attempting to grow salt crystals right now… I’ve never done it before, and my man was explaining it to me the other night… I’ve had a bowl of salt water out with one of my glass skulls in it, and he pointed out that it looked light crystals were forming… so here’s hoping.

I’m actually pretty excited about this…
